Welcome to our home page! We are a full service real estate appraisal and consulting company. Our mission is to provide our clients with worthwhile information and services.
Our work is varied and encompasses the entire Upstate New York State region. We have consulted on or appraised many different forms of real estate and ownership interests.
This includes most all types of properties including vacant land, residences, commercial, industrial, special purpose. These assignments have been for condemnation, financing, assessment, bankruptcy and expert witness testimony. Clients include lenders, insurance companies, developers, accountants, governmental agencies, attorneys and private individuals.
Founded in 1986 by Anthony A. Girasole, MAI, SRA, the company is now headed by his son Anthony P. Girasole, MAI. Our appraisers and staff have extensive experience in real estate appraisal, sales, consulting and management.

We have a fully computerized office with various data sources, plus an in-house customized system that includes comparable sales, rentals, and income/expense information for many different types of properties. This speeds up the appraisal process and also insures reliability and consistency. We have the resources to collect, analyze and present various types of information for our clients' specific needs. Electronic transfer of any type report is available.
